But, your "drive by" recognition of a serious problem (roof shingles blown completely off by a recent storm) and unobtrusive estimate. After my approval of the shingle color, you were on the job in less than an hour and got it finished not long after. Although the estimate was for that particular section, Jose found other shingles that needed to be replaced and he took care of them without any drama. He was excellent! You were excellent! As new home owners we had a "wish list" of projects ranging from new flooring to an eventually completed basement, Ken clearly explained our options and gave estimates of completed projects. We decided to start with hardwood floors throughout the main level, his team picked the perfect match to our existing entry way floor.
